«Traditions of student exchanges in Russia in general and in Izhevsk in particular are well developed. We consider them to be beneficial for both sides. Contacts established during their studies in another country are very important; they will be useful throughout their life, – Iurii Tiurin mentioned. – It’s great that young people are concerned about important questions of city development despite the fact that Izhevsk is not their native city. They are going to be highly qualified specialists in the future who will take from the capital of the Udmurt Republic not only knowledge but also good memories about Izhevsk and Russia in general».
